Abstract
|

|
Adult Still’s disease in an acute febrile syndrome in young adult. It typically affects multiple organs. Although the diagnosis is one of exclusion, striking constellation of clinical and laboratory abnormalities are present We report a 36-years old woman with Adult Still’s disease who showed high spiking fever, arthralgia, sore throat, transient maculopapular rash, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, and striking elevation of serum ferritin level. So we present this case with a review of
literature.
